MOSCOW, March 26 A resident of the Moscow region, who wounded two foreigners with a knife out of personal hostility, was detained and charged, according to the Telegram channel of the Moscow region headquarters of the Investigative Committee.
Earlier, the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the police detained a rowdy who is suspected of stabbing two visitors, including a teenager, at a computer club in Fryazino near Moscow. Later, the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee reported that the reason for the attack was personal enmity, both victims were foreigners, and a case of attempted murder was opened.
“»The man was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. He was charged with attempted murder of two citizens of foreign states, including one minor (part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs «a, l» of part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) «, the message says.
It is noted that investigators are working with the detainee; on March 27, a preventive measure will be chosen for him.
