MOSCOW, March 27 Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on the Telegram channel that three drones were shot down on approach to Belgorod — preliminary, injured and there is no destruction.
«In the Belgorod region, the air defense system shot down three aircraft-type UAVs on approach to the city. Operational services are clarifying information about the consequences on the ground. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or destruction,» he wrote.
The Ministry of Defense clarified that the attempted attack took place around 17:30 Moscow time. “About 17:30 Moscow time, an attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using aircraft-type UAVs on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped. Three Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by duty air defense systems over the territory of the Belgorod region,” the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
