The Ministry of Emergency Situations noted that they value the help of volunteers and actively cooperate with them. As for the regime violator, rescuers “condemn the dishonest act of a citizen” who wanted to “cash in on human grief.”

According to Mash, the violator was an environmental activist named Olesya from a certain canine foundation. According to the channel, she changed into a departmental uniform to disguise herself, and after photographing the consequences of the terrorist attack, the activist left and soon “began asking subscribers to donate money, because the foundation’s dogs supposedly help rescuers.”
