MOSCOW, March 31 Russian forward of the Minnesota Wild Kirill Kaprizov scored a goal in the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season match with the Vegas Golden Knights, but his team was defeated in overtime.

The meeting, held on Saturday in St. Paul, ended with a score of 2:1 (0:0, 0:1, 1:0 , 1:0) in favor of the guests. Kaprizov scored in the 37th minute of the match. The visitors responded with a goal from Michael Amadio (54), and Jonathan Marchessault's goal into an empty net in the 64th minute brought Vegas victory.
Another Russian Minnesota player, Marat Khusnutdinov, as well as his compatriots Ivan Barbashev and Pavel Dorofeev, were not effective.
Kaprizov scored his 82nd point of the season (37 goals + 45 assists).
