In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against a policeman who is suspected of exceeding his official powers causing grave consequences.
Being the head of the department for economic security and anti-corruption, the suspect could freely enter the storage facility material evidence of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Knowing that there were slot machines in the vault, he let three of his acquaintances in there. They selected at least 30 working slot machines and two poker tables for themselves and transported them by truck from the storage area. The goal of the accomplices was to organize the illegal activities of an underground gaming salon.
The policeman was detained. Now the court will appoint him a preventive measure in the form of detention.
