MOSCOW, April 3 The Tagansky Court of Moscow on Wednesday fined musician Ivan Alekseev* (Noize MC*) 50 thousand rubles due to the lack of an appropriate label in his online publications , the press service of the court reported.
““The court found I.A. Alekseev guilty* under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and imposed an administrative fine on him in the amount of 50 thousand rubles,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
The fine for violating the foreign agency law was the third for Alekseev.
Last year, the musician was also fined 30 thousand rubles for failing to indicate his status in VKontakte posts. Later, the Moscow City Court considered the punishment legal. He was also fined 30 thousand for failure to submit reports as a foreign agent to the Ministry of Justice.
For repeated violations of the law on foreign agents, a musician may face criminal liability. Alekseev* entered the register of foreign agents in the fall of 2022.
