On May 22, the Russian Auction House (RAD) will hold a Dutch auction (reduced) for the sale of the property of the Ferroni door manufacturing plant in the Komsomolsky district of Tolyatti.

The plant was built and put into operation in 2021, at the moment the company has vacated space due to with moving to another site.
