A huge scandal in Turkey: why did the super club boycott the Super Cup?

Subsequently, Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç said that he would talk about the incident with Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan (the country's leader called on the opposition not to “arrange shows and provocations” after the incident), and also accused the federation of disrupting the game, hinting at the need for the resignation of sports officials.
However, this incident was not at all the reason for today’s action of Fenerbahçe, which is fighting for the gold of the national championship (the gap from the leading Galatasaray is only two points, seven rounds remain until the finish).
