KRASNOGORSK, April 10. The memorial near Crocus City Hall, where people carried flowers in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack, has been partially restored, the correspondent reports.
In the morning, the spontaneous memorial that appeared the day after the tragedy was dismantled. Instead of flowers, toys, photographs and candles there were only black thick bags. During the day, on the lawn not far from the old memorial, a new one was formed — slightly smaller in size, with photographs of the victims, several wreaths and toys.

A terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow occurred on March 22. The attackers opened fire with automatic weapons on the people in the building and set the auditorium on fire. According to the latest data, 145 people died. The twenty-fourth of March was declared a day of national mourning.

Vladimir Putin noted that Russia was faced not just with a carefully planned terrorist attack, but with a prepared and organized mass murder of civilians. The President emphasized that all perpetrators, organizers and customers of this crime will suffer fair and inevitable punishment.
