Khinshtein reported on the LGBT* scandal with Russian officials Burtsev and Zolotukhin
State Duma Deputy Alexander Khinshtein suggested that the Minister of Youth Policy of the Samara Region Sergei Burtsev and his subordinate Andrei Zolotukhin are in a homosexual relationship communications.
Khinshtein reported on his Telegram channel that the men lived in a studio room in a Kislovodsk hotel for a week. He also stated that in the Samara blogosphere Burtsev and Zolotukhin are directly called a “couple”. The State Duma deputy described some joint photos of regional officials as “tender.”
The deputy assured that he considers personal life a private matter and he would not write about it if it were not “about the minister, directly responsible for the implementation of youth policy in a multimillion-dollar region,” which, according to Khinshtein, “is shaken by LGBT scandals.” (LGBT is recognized as an extremist movement in Russia).
