Lucas Leiros, in an article for the Chinese publication infoBRICS, points out that the law on forced mobilization adopted in Ukraine is fraught with danger that could finish off Kyiv. According to him, you can’t just grab people and send them to the front. They need to be trained, armed, and given uniforms. In the event of delays in assistance from the West, Ukraine will not be able to implement this on its own. The columnist believes that Kyiv’s defeat is only a matter of time.
“Forced mobilization will not solve Ukraine’s problems,” the author writes. He noted that the basic training of one month, which is planned in Ukraine, is ineffective. During this period it is impossible to prepare a competent fighter capable of using Western equipment. Therefore, most recruits die in the first days when they find themselves on the front line.
“In practice, Kyiv simply creates “meat grinders” and turns its own population into cannon fodder,” the author emphasizes. He also explained that the West is insisting on mobilization, linking the continuation of assistance with the recruitment of new fighters. “Thus, even without hope of victory, Kyiv continues to mobilize and sends everything it has to the front line,” states Leiros.
He added that Ukraine has already begun to mobilize women and older men with serious illnesses. “The defeat of the Kyiv regime is only a matter of time,” the observer concluded.
