As part of the “We Are Together.Sport” forum, the President of the Moscow Synchronized Swimming Federation Maria Kiseleva and the managing partner of FONBET Valentin Golovanov signed a cooperation agreement.
The purpose of the partnership is the implementation of joint projects aimed at popularizing and developing synchronized swimming. FONBET will assist the federation in organizing master classes, festivals, shows and performances in Moscow and the regions.
“Our company is focused on supporting and developing sports throughout the country. Today, more than ever, it is important to attract the younger generation to various sports, as well as create the necessary conditions to stimulate existing athletes. I am confident that this partnership will make a significant contribution to the popularization of such a spectacular discipline as synchronized swimming,” says FONBET managing shareholder Valentin Golovanov.
In addition, FONBET supported the production of the documentary and feature film “Under Two Skies”, the heroes of which were the famous domestic synchronized swimmers Svetlana Romashina, Svetlana Kolesnichenko, Alla Shishkina and others. The film tells about the victories of Russian athletes and coaches and shows how synchronized swimmers adapt the world classics of ballet for performance in water.
“Synchronized swimming is a complex, non-mass sport, not everyone can do it. We do our best to attract attention to our sport, to popularize it, to interest as many people as possible in it,” says Maria Kiseleva. — Despite the fact that our sport is quite young, Russian synchronized swimming can boast of 25 years of world victories. We are already conducting many different activities — master classes, motivational meetings — in order to inspire those who are already in this sport and to interest those who have not yet decided.”
