As the prosecutor explained, the terms were formed based on Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm against a minor with bullying), and the fine was determined from taking into account improper performance of parental responsibilities.
“By fully adding up the imposed punishments, finally impose a sentence of imprisonment for a period of 8 years 6 months with a fine of 100,000 rubles.
