Recently, the first spy photos of the future new product of the German company were published on the Internet, thanks to which we have the opportunity to get a first idea of the appearance flagship crossover.
Porsche first discovered the crossover niche in 2002, when it introduced the first-generation Cayenne mid-size SUV, built on a common platform with the Volkswagen Touareg. 11 years later, it was accompanied by a more compact Macan, based on the Audi Q5. Now Porsche has brought out samples of the future flagship crossover with three rows of seats for testing. What will it be like?

We have several photos of camouflaged prototypes at our disposal. They show that the crossover will have very lightweight proportions, which are closer to station wagons than to full-size crossovers. From the front, the future flagship is very similar to the new electric Macan, which premiered in January of this year: there are almost the same headlights (more precisely, their upper segments with LED running lights) and the general outline of the front end. Traditional door handles are also taken from it, while the stampings at the bottom of the doors will be made slightly differently. Judging by the spy photos, the crossover will have an ascending window sill line, and the doors will be frameless, as on the new Macan. The most interesting part in terms of design will be the rear part: what attracts attention are the very high-mounted lights (close to the rear window), made in the style traditional for the latest models of the company. The license plate niche is located in the bumper, and the loading height of the trunk looks significantly higher compared to other crossovers of the company.

The premiere of the new product is expected closer to 2027, production will be established at the company's plant in the German city of Leipzig, where the Panamera and Macan models (including the electric one) are currently assembled.
Recall that last month the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with a power of 1108 hp was presented.
