Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern, in an interview with the YouTube channel Judging Freedom, noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, spoke about readiness for negotiations on Ukraine .

According to the expert, it is noteworthy that Putin spoke about negotiations, while Russia has the opportunity to move forward and there is nothing standing in their way.

McGovern emphasized that the Russian Armed Forces can do more than just deplete the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The expert suggested that Russian troops could reach the Dnieper River and cross it if necessary.
