BARNAUL, April 18Participants of the wedding procession, who fired into the air from a car in February, were detained in Krasnoyarsk, the press service of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported in the telegram channel.
“During the monitoring of the Internet, the police discovered a recording that recorded how, while driving along the Nikolaevsky Bridge, an unknown man fired into the air from a Mercedes car. During operational search activities, employees of the criminal investigation department of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory identified the participants in the incident, who were detained with the force support of the riot police of the Office of the Russian Guard in the Krasnoyarsk Territory,» the statement said. 
The police established that the shooting occurred back in February. A pistol was seized at the place of residence of one of the participants in the incident, and the weapon was sent for examination.
«In relation to a man born in 1990, who fired shots… administrative proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Article 20.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses «Firing weapons in populated areas or other places not designated for this purpose» — the press service notes
In addition, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver for failure to fulfill obligations to notify of confirmation of his residence in the Russian Federation.
