KRASNODAR, April 17 Kuban investigators have opened a criminal case against a former art teacher at a school in the city of Tuapse, who threw a student from a chair to the floor by the collar and kicked him kicked him because of the phone and “incorrect communication,” the Investigative Committee’s Investigative Directorate for the region reported.
On Wednesday, a video of the incident went viral online. The regional prosecutor's office and the GUMVD organized an investigation into the fact that a teacher of MBOU Secondary School No. 3 in the city of Tuapse caused bodily harm to a student during a lesson.
< br />Also, the administration of the Tuapse district reported that after the incident, the teacher was immediately fired from the school.
““A criminal case has been initiated against the woman based on a crime under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (failure to fulfill obligations to raise a minor),” the message says.
According to the investigation, in March 2024 at a Tuapse school, during a fine arts lesson, a verbal conflict arose between a teacher and a 14-year-old student due to loud sound on the phone and incorrect communication. During the quarrel, the teacher pulled the teenager out from behind his desk, threw him to the floor, and then kicked him in the body.
It is noted that the woman will be questioned by an investigator in the near future.
