The project financing portfolio of DOM.RF Bank reached 6 trillion rubles. The volume of new transactions in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period increased by 78% and amounted to 505 billion rubles.
In total, 9.3 million have already been built using the bank’s funds sq. m of housing, and the current portfolio will allow us to finance and build another 74 million sq. m. m. At the same time, 63% falls on housing projects outside the metropolitan agglomeration — this is more than 46 million sq. m. m.
“Bank DOM.RF is one of the three leaders in terms of lending to developers and continues to actively increase its share in the project financing market. The first quarter of this year set a record for the number of signed transactions for the Altai Territory, Novosibirsk and Tyumen regions. During this period, the bank entered into deals with developers in Karachay-Cherkessia, Buryatia and the Murmansk region for the first time. We are aimed at further expanding the geography of our business presence and are interested in developing cooperation with developers: practice shows that this helps to increase competition and, as a result, the availability of project financing,” said Anton Medvedev, vice president of DOM.RF Bank.
