AVA Holding took part in the All-Russian Housing Congress in Sochi. The main event of the spring season in the real estate industry took place from April 16 to 19 at the leading congress and exhibition site in Russia – Sirius University.
The business program included master classes, trainings and discussion clubs, covering the main segments of the housing market: construction, real estate business, mortgage lending and information resources.
Also an important component of the event were exhibitions of major developers of the country. AVA presented projects implemented in different cities and regions of Russia at the presentation site. In 2024, the holding united Black Sea and city real estate under a common brand. He also created the online platform AVADOM.RU, which allows you to conduct all stages of the transaction online and makes this process simple and convenient. The format of the congress made it possible to clearly present the rebranding to partners from other regions of the country.
A business tour to the construction sites of the residential complexes “Oxygen”, “Gorniy Kvartal” and “Letniy” made it possible to introduce congress participants to features and advantages of objects that are implemented according to the principle of a closed ecosystem.
“This approach includes the comprehensive development of infrastructure, improvement of the neighborhood and the creation of an educational cluster. For example, next to the Oxygen residential complex, the holding is completing the improvement of the Bytha ecopark. The comfort of residents here will be ensured by a medical center, multi-level parking, educational and sports clusters, an on-site playhub, commercial facilities and services. And near the residential complex “Mountain Quarter”, a modern gymnasium began operating in the second quarter of this year, where we have created all the conditions for children to receive a quality education,” noted Sergei Berdin, head of the AVA development block in Sochi.
In total, over 10 thousand guests took part in the congress, more than 800 speakers spoke at trainings and discussion platforms: famous politicians, heads of major construction companies, real estate agencies, banks and other organizations related to real estate.
According to AVA Deputy Commercial Director Elena Karagezova, the All-Russian Housing Congress has established itself as an effective platform for the presentation of new products and exchange experience, dialogue between representatives of business, professional communities and construction companies.
