The details of the detention of a gerontophile in Pushkino near Moscow have become clear. The man who raped a 71-year-old pensioner himself admitted in a conversation with the victim that he was only interested in older women.

As MK learned, it was no coincidence that the 39-year-old citizen of Tajikistan visited the elderly woman. About two years ago he was renovating her house. The pensioner’s husband was alive then – perhaps this explains the fact that he showed no interest in the hostess. This time, the migrant, according to him, came to visit simply because he happened to be in the area. In addition, he remembered that he owed the hostess money.

During a tea party, the man, having learned that the woman had become a widow, began to complain about his personal life. The pensioner advised him to meet some young girl, to which the visitor noted that he preferred partners of a delicate age. After that, he picked up a knife and, threatening violence, violated the hostess. She reported to the police, and the migrant was quickly detained.

During the investigation, it turned out that the man unofficially worked part-time in nursing homes in Mytishchi, Odintsovo and a number of other cities in the Moscow region. In this regard, according to Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, he is being checked for involvement in committing similar crimes.
