NOVOSIBIRSK, April 20 Police in Tomsk during a concert detained rapper Platina (Robert Plaudis), he is charged with four administrative articles, including drug propaganda, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Tomsk region in Telegram channel.
Earlier, information about the detention of a musician at his own concert in Tomsk appeared on social networks.

“Police officers detained a citizen of Latvia during an operational preventive measure in the city of Tomsk on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street,” the message says.
According to the department, the police established that the purpose of the musician’s entry into Russia (tourism) does not correspond to the activity he carries out (work activity).
In relation to the musician, administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 2 of Article 18.8 (violation by a foreign citizen of the regime of stay in the Russian Federation) and Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (illegal performance of labor activities by a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation).
Also an administrative protocol was drawn up against the rapper under Part 2 of Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for refusing to undergo a medical examination for intoxication, the department added.
“The issue of bringing the young man to justice under Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (drug propaganda) is being resolved,” the police clarified.
It is noted that the musician has been placed in a special room for detained persons; he will soon be taken to court to make a decision on administrative materials.
