< strong>NIZHNY NOVGOROD, April 26A criminal case of hooliganism was opened against a conductor who forcibly removed an elderly passenger from a bus, reports the investigative department of the RF Investigative Committee for Tatarstan.
“”A criminal case has been opened based on unlawful actions of the bus conductor under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). During the investigation of the criminal case, all the circumstances of the incident will be established,” says the regional SUSK in a statement.
Previously on Telegram – the channel “Incidents of Tatarstan” published a video shot on a mobile phone of an altercation on a Kazan bus, which, according to eyewitnesses, arose because an elderly passenger’s fare card did not work. The altercation escalated into assault; the female conductor hit the pensioner several times, and then stopped the bus and pushed her out onto the street.
