Dynamo on Sunday defeated St. Petersburg Zenit with a score of 1:0 in the match of the 26th round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). The only goal was scored by Konstantin Tyukavin, Shunin played his second clean sheet of the season and the 125th of his career. The 37-year-old goalkeeper's contract with Dynamo, where he spent his entire playing career, expires at the end of this season.
“»As for contract negotiations, they are not moving forward at all. We'll see, I hope soon there will be progress. Are there any thoughts about ending my career? Shunin also appreciated Tyukavin’s playing qualities, noting that he will progress and become even stronger.
