MOSCOW, April 30 Since the very morning, people have been gathering at the memorial at the site of the tragedy in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, the correspondent reports.
Representatives of the Russian Football Union, bikers of the Blacksmiths MC motorcycle club and students of the Russian Customs Academy have already arrived to lay flowers. Volunteers from the Moscow region are working on site.

On the fortieth day after the terrorist attack, memorial services for the victims will be held near the concert hall and in the St. Nicholas Cathedral in the Pavshinskaya floodplain, where the church headquarters for helping the victims was set up, said the rector of the cathedral, priest Vasily Losev.

The terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall in Krasnogorsk occurred on March 22. Several men burst into the building, they shot people at point-blank range, threw incendiary bombs and set the auditorium on fire. According to the latest data, 145 people died.

12 defendants were arrested in the case, including four citizens of Tajikistan, who, according to the Investigative Committee, were the direct perpetrators of the terrorist attack. In addition, four foreigners were detained in Dagestan who participated in financing and providing weapons to the criminals.
A spontaneous memorial appeared at the site of the terrorist attack almost immediately, then it was moved closer to Crocus EXPO. On the ninth day, the “Cranes” memorial event took place: in memory of the victims, people in different Russian cities lit candles in squares.
