According to hydrological bulletins, at 20.00 (18.00 Moscow time) on April 29, the water level in the Ishim River in the village of Abatskoye was 1218 centimeters. Thus, from 8.00 (6.00 Moscow time) Monday, when the level of 1214 centimeters was recorded, the increase was four centimeters.
< br />The critical level of the dangerous phenomenon for this locality is 960 centimeters. The day before, Governor Alexander Moor said that the tense flood situation in the Abat region could persist until May 15.
In the village of Abatskoye, an emergency evacuation has been carried out since Saturday due to the threat of flooding and flooding of streets. In the worst-case flood scenario, 22 settlements, home to more than 2.5 thousand people, could fall into the flood zone in the Abatsky district; in the regional center, up to 500 houses, home to about 1.5 thousand people, are under threat. In total, the population in the region is 19 thousand people, in the village of Abatskoye — about 8 thousand.
A state of emergency due to flooding in the Tyumen region was introduced on April 8. According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations as of Monday, 188 residential buildings, 523 country houses, 2,894 household plots, 22 sections of roads were flooded in 32 settlements of the region.
