The suspect turned out to be a neighbor of the deceased
Investigators and police officers solved a mysterious murder in Reutovo near Moscow, committed in early April of this year. As MK previously reported, an unknown person shot through a door peephole and shot a 52-year-old resident of Dagestan.
The deceased man lived temporarily in this house — he was let in by an acquaintance. One day, returning home, the woman saw that the door peephole had been shot through, and the owner was lying dead in the corridor of the apartment.
The examination showed that the Caucasian was killed by a bullet fired from a gun with a Lancaster-type barrel. Investigators found out who owned such a gun and found the deceased’s neighbor from the top floor, a 49-year-old fishmonger. Yesterday he was detained. The man admitted that he had no claims against the deceased; he had a conflict with the owner of the apartment. Perhaps he was tired of the constant noise from the apartment (friends constantly came to the owner).
As Olga Vradiy, senior assistant to the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, reported, the suspect’s version is being checked, and a set of investigative actions continues.
