MOSCOW, June 1 Actor Dmitry Lipinsky died , reported the press service of the Moscow theater “Studio of Theatrical Art” (STI).
“I confirm the information,” said the agency's interlocutor, answering a question about the actor's death.
The theater canceled the play “The Master and Margarita” with the participation of Lipinsky, scheduled for June 1. The artist performed in the production the role of the fifth procurator of Judea, the horseman of Pontius Pilate.
Dmitry Lipinsky was born on April 29, 1990 in Moscow. In 2013, he graduated from Sergei Zhenovach's Workshop at GITIS and was accepted into the STI troupe.
The actor gained fame after the role of Andrei Kozhemyakin in the biographical series “Petr Leshchenko. Everything that happened…”. He also starred in the TV series “Quiet Don”.
