VORONEZH, June 3 On Monday, 20 Ukrainian drones were eliminated and rendered harmless by means of electronic warfare in the border areas of the Kursk region, said the acting governor of the region Alexey Smirnov .
“20 Ukrainian drones were eliminated and rendered harmless in the border areas by means of electronic warfare,” Smirnov said in his Telegram channel.
Attacks of Ukrainian kamikaze drones and drops from drones were recorded during the day near Sudzha, the village of Gordeevka and the village of Obukhovka . There were no casualties, but in Obukhovka one household was damaged when the explosive device was dropped. The head of the region promised to help the owners with the restoration of property.
According to Smirnov, the enemy shelled seven border settlements on Monday. None of the residents were injured. In the village of Gordeevka, a power line was damaged during shelling, it has already been partially restored, work continues.
