A 39-year-old electrician died from a severe electric shock on the morning of June 4 in the urban district of Solnechnogorsk. Colleagues tried to provide “first aid” to the patient.

On the territory of a kindergarten under construction, a foreman, while carrying out electrical installation work, touched with his hands a bare wire lying near a metal fence. The man lost consciousness and began to convulse.

Colleagues who noticed the electrician’s fall ran up and began to provide “first aid” — perform artificial respiration and chest compressions. The employees also called “03”. After 20 minutes, medical workers arrived at the scene of the emergency and pronounced death.
