MOSCOW, June 2 Honored Artist of Russia Inna Alabina died at the age of 85, the Yevgeny Vakhtangov Theater reported.
“The honored artist of Russia, the person who devoted her entire life to the Vakhtangov stage, Inna Ilyinichna Alabina, has passed away,” the publication says.
Information about the date and time of farewell will appear later, the theater added.
Colleagues noted Alabina’s unique individuality.
““The combination of fragile femininity and mischievous boyish enthusiasm became decisive for many of the images created by the actress,” the message emphasizes.
Inna Alabina was born on July 25, 1939 in Moscow. In 1966 she graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theater School, after which she was accepted into the Vakhtangov Theater.
She played in the plays “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn”, “Cavalry”, “Planet of Hope”, “Cinderella”, “Princess Turandot” and many others.
