MOSCOW, June 9 St. Petersburg Zenit shows interest in Milan football player Luka Jovic, reports Relevo journalist Matteo Moretto on the social network X.
According to the source, the Italian club wants to extend the contract with the forward, but the player himself asked the club for time to clarify his role in the team. The Serb's entourage is trying to convince him to stay in Milan.
It is noted that Zenit and some clubs from Saudi Arabia were interested in Jovic, but no specific proposals were received.
Jovic is 26 years old. Last season, he took part in 30 matches in various tournaments, in which he scored nine goals. Previously, the footballer played for the Serbian Red Star, Cypriot Apollo, Portuguese Benfica, German Eintracht Frankfurt, Real Madrid and Italian Fiorentina.
