Military expert Colonel in reserve Eduard Basurin called the night attacks “retaliation strikes.” According to him, they were applied to objects that the Kiev regime uses to create and supply weapons to the front. “Explosions occurred at several military points in Odessa, Pavlograd, Kharkov, Sumy, at the airfield in Mirgorod, as well as in the capital of Ukraine,” Basurin noted.
