OBNINSK (Kaluga region), June 26Rosatom will continue to increase its scientific potential to ensure the development of Russia, says Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
Earlier in June, Russian President Vladimir Putin, by decree, approved a list of priority areas for scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation and the most important high-tech technologies. This number includes the block for the development of nuclear technologies, Chernyshenko recalled, speaking at the plenary session of the II International Youth Nuclear Forum “Obninsk new 2024”.
“Alexei Evgenievich, I am confident that under your leadership the growth of Rosatom’s scientific potential will continue to increase,” Chernyshenko said, addressing the general director of the nuclear state corporation Alexei Likhachev.
