MOSCOW, July 11 Doctors are trying to do everything possible to save children who suffered due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack in Shebekino, said Andrey, Minister of Health of the Belgorod Region Ikonnikov.
On Thursday evening, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that five children were injured in an attack by an Ukrainian Armed Forces drone on a playground in the city of Shebekino, two of them were in serious condition. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova called this attack a deliberate terrorist attack against children and called for international condemnation of Kyiv.
«We are doing everything possible, to save the children whom our enemies deliberately tried to kill. Five guys, two of them are in serious condition now in operating rooms, it’s impossible to justify when a drone is aimed at defenseless children,” Ikonnikov wrote in his Telegram channel. .
Ikonnikov added that multidisciplinary teams provide all the necessary assistance: resuscitators, vascular surgeons, traumatologists, pediatric surgeons, nurses, and nurse anesthetists are fighting for the lives of children. After the operations, he noted, consultations with federal centers will be scheduled.
