The new product of the German brand is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine, its power is 612 hp, and its maximum torque – 850 Nm.
The Mercedes-AMG GT sports car replaced the SLS AMG coupe in 2014 (its predecessor had been on the market since 2010). The German manufacturer stopped producing the GT at the end of 2021, but it was known that the model would have a successor (its prototypes had previously been captured by spy photographers more than once). The second generation Mercedes-AMG GT debuted at the end of last summer. The entry-level GT 43 Coupe was introduced in March 2024, and the top-end GT 63 S E Performance in April. Now the manufacturer has declassified the track version — GT 63 Pro 4Matic+.

The presentation of the new product took place as part of the Festival of Speed that started yesterday in Goodwood (UK). The company noted that the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ has high performance characteristics that are designed to “make the driving experience even more sporty.”
The track coupe received a more aggressive front bumper with larger air intakes, additional air deflectors in the lower part of the body and an AirPanel air flow management system: it reduces the aerodynamic load on the front axle by 30 kg. Another new modification of the two-door was equipped with a fixed rear wing (downforce on the rear axle increases by about 15 kg).
The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ gets a front splitter, rear diffuser and side skirts made of carbon fiber. The profile is also decorated with original 21-inch forged wheels, for which tires are available to choose from — Michelin Pilot Sport 5 or Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R. In addition, the coupe received proprietary massive ceramic brake discs, their diameter is 420 mm.
Inside the track version of the coupe there are AMG Performance sports seats with high lateral support, as well as a branded steering wheel covered in leather and microfiber. In front of the driver there is a virtual instrument panel with a diagonal of 12.3 inches, and in the center of the front panel there is an 11.9-inch touchscreen of the infotainment system.
Under the hood of the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ there is a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, its output is 612 hp. (27 hp more than the AMG GT 63), and the maximum torque is 850 Nm (50 Nm more). The track version accelerates from 0 to 200 km/h in 10.9 seconds, which is 0.5 seconds faster than the AMG GT 63. The maximum speed is 317 km/h.

The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Pro 4Matic+ will probably appear on sale in the European market before the end of this year, and will reach the States in 2025- m. The company will announce prices later.
