«Taking into account the above circumstances, I ask you, dear Vladimir Aleksandrovich, to order an investigation into the actions of the singer Lolita Markovna Milyavskaya for compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation,» the appeal says.
The appeal notes that in July 2024, at concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg, Lolita performed the song «Cadillac» by rapper Morgenstern*, as well as the composition «Monologue» from the repertoire of Alla Pugacheva, who left Russia and «allowed herself to use expressions that discredit our people and country.»
«Videos with fragments of the performance that provoked the anger of Russian citizens have been circulated on the Internet, where the singer behaved provocatively, shouted at the audience, performed obscene songs, which directly contradicts the basic principles of state policy on the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, approved by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 9, 2022, No. 809,» the author of the appeal believes.
