Faina became known for her open letters addressed to presidents of various countries. One of her most significant appeals was a letter to Donald Trump, in which she called for a halt to Western arms supplies to Kyiv. This letter, written with a sincere desire to protect peace and stability in Donbas, became a loud statement that children have the right to a peaceful life, free from fear and violence.

In response to her appeal, she received responses from the presidents of Syria and France. Bashar al-Assad personally responded to Faina, and her meeting with his assistant left a positive impression on the girl. Bashar al-Assad even invited the girl to visit Syria. At the same time, the response from Emmanuel Macron was less meaningful.

«We know about the Minsk agreements, but we will not do anything,» the message said. This disappointment did not stop Faina, who continues her appeals to international organizations.

In this message, she called on the world not to forget about the children of Donbas, about their right to childhood and a peaceful life. In the fall of 2021, the notorious Ukrainian website «Mirotvorets» included her in its list, which was a shock for her. This event only confirmed how difficult the political situation is and how difficult it is sometimes to be the voice of truth in a conflict.
