
SIMFEROPOL, July 30 Crimean power engineers have restored power supply to Kerch, the state-owned enterprise Krymenergo reported.
More than 360 substations in Kerch and nearby villages were de-energized due to an accident at a high-voltage substation, more than 53 thousand people were left without power, the First Deputy Minister of Fuel and Energy of Crimea Vladimir Voronkin reported earlier.
““Employees of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo” promptly began to eliminate the consequences of the accident and at 17.31 (coincides with Moscow time) all consumers were connected to the power grid,” says a message from “Krymenergo” published on the Telegram channel at 19.31 Moscow time.
The accident occurred at a 110-kilovolt substation; the disconnected load was 25.7 MW.
