EKATERINBURG, August 1 A criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements has been opened after the collapse of the entrances of a residential building in Nizhny Tagil, the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported on Thursday.
«The investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region have opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (performance of work or provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers),» the statement said.
