Since August 8, 2024, the acceptance of applications from large families for payments at the birth of a third child or subsequent children in 2024 has started in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation. The DOM.RF Development Institute is the operator of the state program.
On the first day of accepting applications, DOM.RF received more than 6 thousand applications for repayment of mortgage loans from parents with many children, whose third or subsequent children were born in 2024. In the near future, the program operator predicts an even greater increase in the number of applications from parents with many children. In 2023, an average of about 500 such applications were received daily.
“The verification of applications, taking into account the receipt of information from government agencies on a number of loans, took place during the day. Therefore, yesterday DOM.RF made the first payments to pay off mortgage loans,” noted DOM.RF Managing Director Svetlana Nekrasova.”
