MOSCOW, August 16 Moscow's Khoroshevsky Court fined the creator of the cartoon character Mr. Freeman Pavel Muntyan* for violating the law on the activities of foreign agents, the court's press service reported.
«Muntyan* was sentenced to an administrative fine of 40 thousand rubles,» the agency's source said.
The protocol was drawn up due to the failure of the foreign agent to submit reports on its activities to the authorized body, as required by Russian legislation.
