As noted , this is the fourth time that such incidents have occurred at German facilities in Germany. This time, damage to the gates and fencing was discovered. At the same time, a Bundeswehr spokesman said that the army has no evidence that anyone has gained access to the buildings on the barracks grounds. Also he noted that there is no reason to talk about the connection of this incident with possible sabotage related to the supply of drinking water in the Bundeswehr barracks in Cologne.
