Mauricio Pochettino described his relationship with Harry Kane as 'amazing' but has not confirmed if he will try to reunite with the striker at Chelsea.
Bayern Munich want to sign Kane this summer, and the striker has shown no interest in signing a new contract with Tottenham, which has only a year left.
According to Telegraph Sport, Kane is currently building a new home on the Wentworth estate, which is a short drive from Chelsea's Cobham training ground.
While the prospects for Kane's move to Stamford Bridge are all but non-existent this summer, Chelsea will join the line-up of clubs that will try to sign the England captain on a free transfer next year if his contract ends » spurs.
He was asked if he wanted to sign Kane to Chelsea. Pochettino replied, «My God!» He then said: “I don't like to talk about players from another club, but you are talking about one of the greatest, one of the best strikers in the world. It's not fair to say, it's not fair not to say anything.

People aren't stupid, the fans aren't stupid stupid, they're so smart and they know my relationship with him has always been amazing. I saw him when he was young, growing up and achieving everything he achieved, and of course we have a great relationship.
“At the moment we think differently. We don't think about it. I don't like to talk about players and even more so about players who were close to me.»
Pochettino also declined to confirm whether Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy had contacted him about the change of Antonio Conte before he accepted a job at Chelsea.
«I won't talk [about it],» Pochettino said. “I don’t want to say anything in one form or another. We have a very good relationship with Daniel and with all the Tottenham people.
I don't think it makes sense. We need to look ahead. What can I say — yes, no or maybe. And what will it change? Nothing.
“I am very proud of the past and very happy. In football, you never know what might happen in the future.
«I'm here and I'm really happy to be here [at Chelsea]» now, and I need to do my best and hope that together we can again create the atmosphere and all the excitement that was in the past in this football club and try to lift trophies is our goal.”
