The theater and film actor has become The One Show's third announcement — and he's likely to go far in the competition. Born in Bury, 28-year-old Williams is best known for his roles in West End productions of Billy Elliot and Everybody's Talking About Jamie. He also has roles in Thriller Live, Rent, Hairspray and New Adventures, as well as TV roles in Bad Education and the rebooted series, Benidorm and the Greg Davies sitcom The Cleaner. He also runs his own performing arts troupe.
