In the Old World, the fresh four-door is presented exclusively with a hybrid installation. And unlike cars for other regions, the European model has only one design option.
The new Toyota Camry sedan was presented in the fall of 2023, but its market debut took place only this year. So, in March, live sales started in China, and in April, the four-door became available to customers in the USA. Now the model is starting to develop in Europe: residents of Poland will be among the first to receive such a Camry; configurations and prices have just been announced there, and local dealers have opened orders. By the way, the previous model is not in demand in the Old World, so the new sedan will be presented mainly in Eastern Europe.

Let us remember that Toyota itself considers this Camry a new generation, although in fact we are faced with a deep restyling of the previous four-door on the GA-K platform. In terms of design, the Euro version generally repeated the standard American sedan. The only external difference between the “old-world” Camry is the compact foglights in the front bumper. “Sporty” options with a slightly more aggressive appearance, which are available in the States and China, will not be available in Europe (at least in Poland).

Like the Americans, the new Toyota Camry is available to the Poles only as a HEV hybrid (without the ability to recharge from the mains). The installation is based on a 2.5 naturally aspirated petrol engine, the total output of the European sedan is 231 hp. (the previous local hybrid has 218 hp). All-wheel drive remained the prerogative of the four-door designed for the USA. The “old world” Camry accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds.

In Poland, the sedan is offered in three trim levels. The initial Comfort includes 17-inch wheels, fabric upholstery, dual-zone climate control, wireless smartphone charging, heated front seats, a multimedia system with a 12.3-inch diagonal screen, adaptive cruise control, auto-braking systems (with pedestrian and cyclist detection) ) and monitoring of “blind” spots. For an additional fee for the base sedan, you can order the Business package, which includes tinted rear windows, a heated steering wheel and leatherette upholstery.

The “medium” version of the Prestige has 18-inch wheels, LED optics, ventilated front seats, virtual instrument panel (12.3 inches ), lane keeping and rear cross traffic alert systems. The top-end Executive version has a three-zone climate control system, memory settings for the mirrors and driver's seat, a head-up display, all-round cameras and a JBL Premium Audio system with 9 speakers.
The price of the new Toyota Camry ranges from 185,900 to 225,900 zlotys, which is equivalent to approximately 4.18 million — 5 million rubles at the current exchange rate.
