The press service of the SBU released a message that a counterintelligence operation is being carried out in the Pechersky and Shevchenkovsky districts of Kyiv, where government buildings are located.

Ukrainian special services stated that that the purpose of the operation is to check the counter-sabotage protection of government facilities. In addition, control over persons subject to state protection is being strengthened.

The SBU admits that attempts will be made to destabilize the socio-political situation in Ukraine.
