MOSCOW, June 30 Passengers of train No. 511 from Vorkuta, some of the cars of which left Komi, were delivered to their final destination route – Novorossiysk, reported the Federal Passenger Company (FPK, a subsidiary of Russian Railways).
Nine cars of passenger train No. 511 Vorkuta – Novorossiysk derailed on June 26 on the stretch to Komi. It was reported that the train included 195 passengers and 20 railway employees. According to the latest data, 3 people were killed and 10 people were injured.
“Today, June 30 at 4:09, passengers of train No. 511 on a reserve train arrived at their destination – the city of Novorossiysk,” FPC reported on Sunday.
Russian Railways reported the day after the carriages left that the passengers traveling on train No. 511 Vorkuta-Novorossiysk were transferred to a train specially formed for them. He departed at 05.14 Moscow time and followed a separate accelerated schedule to Novorossiysk. Volunteers provided assistance in transferring passengers and carrying luggage. Food, water, and blankets were also delivered to passengers.
