MOSCOW, July 2 Travelata LLC has connected the call identification service “Label” (18+) from Beeline Business, the Beeline press service reports.
«With the increase in fraudulent calls, it has become more difficult for businesses to reach customers to provide important information. Subscribers are increasingly less likely to answer calls from unknown numbers, and caller ID applications do not always display correct information and may incorrectly identify a call based on reviews. At the same time, the requirements for customer service, speed and quality of communication with users continue to grow,» the statement says.
So that travelers can be sure that they are being called about their trip and can quickly and conveniently agree on the details of their request, the Travelata online store has connected the «Etiketka» service to its main phone number.

They recalled that the Beeline Label service operates on the basis of the operator’s own technology and allows you to transmit additional verified information along with the calling phone number, for example, the name of the company or the purpose of the call. The availability and method of displaying data depends on the subscriber’s device model, the technical capabilities of the network, as well as the existence of an agreement between Beeline and cellular operators.
«It is important for us to promptly contact tourists to discuss the details of their requests or agree on tour parameters during booking or when making changes. Previously, the percentage of successful dialers was 78%, and we sought to increase it. We knew that call identification services were available in other countries, for example, in the UAE, so we became interested when VimpelCom announced in October 2023 that began testing a similar service.
