Federal developer DOGMA and VTB have developed special mortgage conditions for apartment buyers. Due to subsidies from the developer, clients can obtain a home loan from a bank at a rate of 8.5% for the first two years.
After the end of the grace period, the mortgage rate will return to the base market rate, taking into account a special discount of 0.3% for DOGMA clients from VTB Bank. If the key rate is reduced, clients will be able to refinance the loan on more favorable terms.
The offer is valid in all DOGMA residential projects. Today, the developer is building more than 1.8 million square meters of housing — these are the residential complexes «Samolet», DOGMA PARK, «Record 2», «Victory Park 2» in the Krasnodar Territory, as well as the EVO and «Publistist» projects in the Moscow region and residential area «Cosmopark» in Kaluga.
