Three accused of raping a girl in Ostankino were taken into custody

MOSCOW, July 8 Three accused of raping a girl in the north-east of Moscow were taken into custody, reports the Telegram channel of the capital’s prosecutor’s office.
«Taking into account the position of the Ostankino interdistrict prosecutor's office, the court took into custody three accused of raping a girl in the north-east of Moscow (clause «a» part 2 of article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). On July 6, 2024, three defendants were intoxicated drunkenness, attacked a previously unknown girl. Two defendants abused her, and the third defendant was watching the surroundings at that time,” the report says.
